MTC provides study abroad counseling, university admission assistance, documentation guidance, visa support services, and academic consultation. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarships.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and genuine documents. MTC is not responsible for consequences arising from false or incomplete information.

3. Fees and Payments

Service fees will be communicated in advance. Payments may be non-refundable depending on the stage of processing.

4. Limitation of Liability

MTC is not liable for visa rejection, admission refusal, delays caused by third parties, or changes in immigration policies.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is handled confidentially and used only for service-related purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
